Who is responsible
This site is operated by Quantamere, a business established in Greece. For anything in this policy, including our registration and address details, write to [email protected] and you will get them.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) I am the data controller for the personal data described below.
What this site collects
This site has no contact form, no login, no shopping basket and no comments. It does not ask you for your name, your email address, or anything else.
Analytics: This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not follow you to other sites. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).
Server logs: whoever hosts this site records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. That is a normal part of serving a website and is used for security and diagnostics. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).
If you email me
Anything you send by email is used only to reply and to carry out work we agree on. The legal basis is your own initiative in contacting me, and the performance of a contract where one follows.
Email is handled by Apple iCloud Mail, which means the content of your message is stored on Apple's servers under their own terms.
I keep correspondence for as long as it may be commercially relevant, and no longer than two years after our last exchange unless we have an ongoing agreement or I am legally required to keep it longer.
Who else sees your data
- Google Fonts. Typefaces on this site are served by Google. Your browser requests them directly from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. If you would rather that did not happen, the fonts can be self-hosted; see the note in the launch checklist.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and processes server logs on my behalf. Cloudflare is also the registrar for this domain.
I do not sell personal data, and I do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Nothing here tracks you between visits or across other websites, which is why you have not been asked to consent to anything.
Cloudflare, which serves this site, may set a short-lived security cookie such as __cf_bm to distinguish real visitors from automated traffic. It expires within about half an hour, carries no identifier that follows you elsewhere, and is strictly necessary to deliver the site, so it falls outside the categories that require your consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask me for a copy of any personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to restrict how I use it, object to my using it, and ask for it in a portable format. Write to the address above and I will respond within one month.
If you think I have handled your data improperly you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
